The Tiger girls and boys made a statement at an indoor high school track and field event at the Barnett Center in Aberdeen on Monday, where no team points were kept.
The girls placed first in their 4x400 relay clocked in 4:48.58, run by Ashley Ptacek, Emily DeRaad, Marley Guthmiller and Vanessa Diaz.
Gracie Lange won the high jump at 4-09.75. Emily De Raad also won the 800-meter run at 2:44.25. And Madisyn Gellhaus captured the 1600-meter run in 6:06.86, where Gracyn Kadlec finished second in 6:26.75. Marley Guthmiller also won the :55-meter hurdles in :10.38.
Ashley Ptacek was second in the 400-meter dash at 1:09.34, as was Quincy Olivier in the pole vault at 8-00.00.
The Tiger boys also won their version of the 4x400, run by Ty Kadlec, Carson Gohl, Ian Beyers and Turner Thorson in 3:54.47.
Maxwell Kulesa won the 1600-meter run in 5:28.40, where Dylan Wald placed second at 5:34.27. That same formula occurred in the 55-meter hurdles won by Carter Geditz in :08.64 and Lance Parks, second at :09.27.
Meanwhile Gohl added a 44-01.25 shot put throw to capture that event.
Ty Kadlec was second in the 55-meter dash at :06.69. So was Tyler Hettich in the high jump at 5-06.00. Trevor Heinz also finished second in the long jump at 19-07.50.
