Ipswich was able to place fifth at a Battler invitational volleyball tourney last Saturday in Gettysburg.

The Tigers capped this event with a 25-21, 25-19 consolation victory over the host team. Needless to say Coach Trent Osborne was quite happy about that, finishing with a 2-2 record there. "A spirited and more intense group showed up at the tourney," he said. "We had a lot of great possessions and came away from the day a much better team than we have been recently.
