IHS girls get win over Wolves at home

Ipswich hosted Wilmot for a non-conference girls' high school basketball confrontation last Thursday, Feb. 9 in the Tiger Den and the final score indicated that the Tigers were on top by two possessions - 43-37.

But it wasn't all that easy. For one thing an eighth-grade phenom Addison Heinje would personally outscore Ipswich 11-3 early in the opening quarter. (Those first three Tiger points, the first points in the game, were from a basket plus foul shot opportunity for Katie Bierman.)
