Ipswich hosted Leola/ Frederick Area in a girls only Lake Region Conference showdown last Tuesday, but the visitors would escape with a 54-29 varsity victory.
The Titans only led 8-5 after a quarter. But they stretched their advantage to 22-11 at intermission and then outscored Ipswich 19-11 in the third quarter and 13-7 in the final quarter to seal the deal.
But Ipswich was led by Brianna Geditz and Anna Nierman with five points each, followed by Marley Guthmiller with four points and Rylee Kleffman also with four points that included a trey. Jaylssa Hutson also netted a trey. Kayl...
