Tigers run at Battler Invitational

The Ipswich cross country members attended a meet in Gettysburg last Saturday.

For the varsity boys, Ipswich's Xavier Kadlec placed third in 17:44.53 and Tyler Gellhaus was 14th in 19:27.56 -- not enough entrants to place in the team standings. But they were individually won by Nicholas Schlachter of Potter County with Wamni Kills Crow second. (McLaughlin won the varsity boys team standings.)

Now for the varsity girls, the Tigers again entered two runners, Madisyn Gellhaus sixth in 20:28.59 and Gracyn Kadlec 13th in 22:30.78. The winner of that event would be Dannika Kaup of Potter County in 1...
